The German government address has once again transferred 2700 BTC to trading platforms and OTC service addresses. According to Arkham monitoring, the German government address transferred 2700 BTC on July 12, with 1000 BTC sent to a suspected B2C2 Group address, 400 BTC each to Bitstamp, Kraken, and Coinbase, and 500 BTC to an address starting with bc1qu3j. Currently, the German government address still holds 6394 BTC.
