The cryptocurrency asset management company Canary Capital has submitted an application for a Solana spot ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This ETF will track the price of SOL through the CF Solana Index on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, allowing investors to access the Solana market through traditional brokerage accounts, thereby avoiding potential entry barriers or risks associated with directly holding SOL.
