OSL Group, a Hong Kong-listed company, has announced the acquisition of the compliant Japanese cryptocurrency exchange CoinBest. The share purchase agreement will allow OSL to acquire an 81.38% stake in CoinBest K.K., which is licensed by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of next year, subject to the fulfillment (or waiver) of the conditions precedent outlined in the share purchase agreement.
