Valantis Labs, the developer of the modular DEX protocol Valantis, has successfully completed a $7.5 million Pre-Seed and Seed fundraising round. The Pre-Seed round, completed in April 2023, raised $3.5 million with Cyber Fund and Kraken Ventures as co-leaders, valuing the company at $20 million. The Seed round, completed in September 2024, raised $4 million led by SevenX Ventures, increasing the valuation to $40 million. Other investors include Semantic Ventures, Figment Capital, Robot Ventures, Anthony Sassano, and Sandeep Nailwal. Valantis offers a modular framework for developers to build decentralized exchanges using composable modules.
