According to a report by CoinDesk on January 17, Boerse Stuttgart Digital, a subsidiary of the Boerse Stuttgart stock exchange in Germany, has obtained a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license issued by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) of Germany, allowing it to operate across the European Union. This license is issued under the framework of the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Previously, MoonPay, BitStaete, ZBD, and Hidden Road received relevant licenses from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in December last year.
