Massachusetts Senator Peter Durant has proposed a bill to establish a "strategic Bitcoin reserve," making Massachusetts the first deep blue state to introduce such legislation and the eighth state overall to propose a similar bill. The other seven states include Oklahoma, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and North Dakota.
