Because a marketplace for pokemon cards face volatility (see OpenSea) and also doesn't make that much money (there are so many alternatives, Ebay, etc.) that this is an incredible vertical to expand into (imagine CSGO gachas) Growth rates of Net Revenue really show this:
(-) Volumes drop after token launch.
Counter: Today, they did a legendary card sale in which it was sold out 3-4k packs in under 7 MINUTES. THE DEMAND IS INSANE.
