According to the Financial Times, crypto exchange Bullish recently submitted IPO documents confidentially to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to capitalize on the Trump administration's favorable policies towards digital assets for its listing. Bullish attempted to go public via SPAC in 2021 but failed due to rising interest rates. This time, Jefferies is acting as the lead underwriter. Bullish is an exchange founded by Block.one, the developer of EOS, and acquired crypto media CoinDesk in 2023.
