In a world filled with choices, every investment can feel like a gamble. my friends nudged me towards sols, with their eye-catching graphics and flashy marketing. the allure was hard to resist — even though something felt off about them.
 
then came sui, the understated cousin in the crypto family. at first glance? not as shiny or exciting as sol. yet this quiet coin had a depth that intrigued me.
 
being rational by nature didn’t help much here - some things need to be felt before understood. i took a leap of faith on sui instead of riding along with my friends' excitement for sol.
 
fast forward to today: it wasn't easy but oh boy! what an adventure!​  every night praying & analyzing market trends followed up by panic selling whenever there were dips uhhhh!​ but through all ups down grueling stress i now stand proud at victory line knowing each step led closer ahead than behind !​

this journey taught me invaluable lessons patience risk management understanding trustworth relationships among investors too( my challenging learning curve). now looking back whenever feeling overwhelmed make sure always listen closely heart gut instinct because they sometimes know better than our smartest brains ever could…even when confused!   #suiproudinvestor

Dca-ing into bitcoin from a stock position (ignoring real estate, at this time) prevents the massive opportunity cost of an overhyped stock that never takes off. 

i own tesla (tsla), nvidia (nvda), and apple (aapl). during the 2020 - 2023 bull run, on average: tsla went up ~700%. nvda went up ~500%. aapl went up ~160%.

maybe it’s been too long since i’ve owned tsla, nvda or aapl; but what would my performance have looked like if i forced myself to do nothing? ideally, by doing nothing it allows me to buy more shares as they go down; however after skyrocketing above market expected returns in the bull run phase... **i'm stuck in non-bitcoin positions with standard once monthly dca payments that can't take advantage of future price drops given how badly btc has underperformed**.

*slowly selling off equities now is not financially viable.* if i could have sold everything when tsla was ***up over 100%*** ytd during q1 of 2023; and just allocated by profits into bitcoin..... well then i'd be looking at roughly +20%, flat volatility.... even with today being so atrocious for crypto as a whole...
