Frances Hou is a Venture Partner and Developer Relationship Lead at Paramita. Since 2012, she has focused on consumer tech, cloud computing, and fintech, and previously served as an investor in the TMT sector at Hongy Capital. Frances holds an MBA from Columbia University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
