Jalak Jobanputra is the Founder and Managing Partner of Future Perfect Ventures. Prior to founding the firm, she served as Director of Mobile Investments at the Omidyar Network, a philanthropic fund founded by eBay co-founder Pierre Omidyar.In addition, she was a Senior Vice President at the New York City Investment Fund (NYCIF), where she managed venture capital investments in the technology and digital media sectors and spearheaded the launch of NYCSeed in 2008.She also served as a mentor and speaker at NYCSeedStart, New York City's first summer gas pedal program, and helped launch the FinTech Innovation Lab.
