Jonathan previously worked at the fintech startup Zepz, leading the global compliance team and being responsible for strategy development, second-line risk and governance work, market expansion, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Zepz, Jonathan built the Americas compliance department for Singapore-based fintech unicorn Thunes and designed and implemented the regulatory framework to support its expansion in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the broader Latin American market. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Quberu and World First, and provided regulatory strategy consulting to Arcus, a subsidiary of Mastercard.
