Liang Xinjun is an independent non-executive director of Yunfeng Finance, one of the founders of Fosun Group, one of China's largest private enterprises, and the company's vice chairman and CEO. He resigned from Fosun on March 28, 2017 due to physical reasons. Liang Xinjun is also the chief consultant of the public chain project PlatON.
