According to Bloomberg, FalconX is in talks to acquire Arbelos Markets, a derivatives startup founded in 2023 by two crypto industry veterans. The deal, expected to be announced soon, will be financed through a combination of cash and FalconX stock. Previously, Arbelos raised $28 million in May 2024 in a funding round led by Dragonfly Capital.
