During a routine transaction on the Morpho front-end, our trading team uncovered an unusual outcome. The Avant engineering team, supported by our security partners at @trailofbits, and @fuzzland_, identified a misconfiguration in the front-end implementation. We reported the issue to Morpho Labs, who immediately updated the configuration of the front-end. Funds involved in the incident were returned to Avant immediately, and our strategy took no losses. Due to our overcollateralization and diversification standards, user funds were never at risk. Morpho Labs plans to provide a full incident report next week.

In response, Morpho Labs stated that the issue related to a recent update of the Morpho App front end has been identified and resolved, with the changes now rolled back.
