🔥 An Indispensable Piece of the Blockchain Puzzle ——— @mindnetwork_xyz On-Chain Encrypted Messaging Protocol
With the introduction of blockchain-friendly policies in the United States and Hong Kong, tokenizing Real World Assets is becoming a major trend.
However, the current blockchain still has several "shortcomings":
1️⃣ Unable to Understand What Transactions "Want to Say"
Currently, the chain only records "who transferred how much money to whom," but it doesn't know the purpose of the money, the identity of the parties involved, or the terms of the contract. It lacks a layer of "textual explanation."
2️⃣ All Details are Exposed to the Sunlight
Mainstream blockchains do not have encryption protection, and transaction data is public to everyone. It would be awkward to handle sensitive information such as payrolls and medical bills 😂
3️⃣ Lack of a "Credential Package" for Compliance
Traditional remittances come with letters of credit, invoices, and other materials, which banks must review before releasing the funds. It is currently difficult for blockchain to bring structured proofs on-chain.
To make up for the above shortcomings, Mind Network has launched an Encrypted Messaging Onchain protocol, dedicated to creating an "encrypted version of SWIFT" to help financial institutions securely and compliantly exchange information on-chain.
Unlike existing on-chain transactions that only have "address + amount," the on-chain encrypted messaging protocol automatically breaks down natural language voice or text into structured fields similar to SWIFT MT103. Users use Web3 wallet signatures to generate exclusive keys to complete end-to-end encryption. The entire process can continue to use existing Web3 wallet private keys for signing, which is very convenient.
The encrypted message can be directly written on-chain for permanent storage, or it can be encrypted and hosted, and decrypted and viewed only when needed. Every access will leave an auditable record, which is convenient for compliance inspection. In addition, the protocol is fully compatible with the Ethereum and other EVM ecosystems, and can be connected to existing chains and smart contract systems like a plug-in, without large-scale transformation.
In short, it allows important details such as "who is paying, why are they paying, and why are they paying" to flow securely, privately, and standardized along with the transaction, paving a compliant highway for traditional financial institutions to connect to the blockchain.
So, what are the application scenarios for on-chain encrypted messaging protocols?
1️⃣ Smart Agent Interaction
AI agents securely read encrypted semantics and automatically execute on-chain operations such as clearing, staking, or payment, which is an important component of AgentFi.
2️⃣ RWA Tokenization
It can attach a "encrypted instruction manual" to real-world assets such as real estate, packaging ownership, valuation, and compliance information on-chain to make asset circulation more transparent and regulation more reassuring.
2️⃣ Stablecoin Cross-Border Payments
Encrypt remittance purposes, recipient information, and other information into transaction records, so that companies will no longer be in a rush when doing audits or responding to regulatory spot checks.
3️⃣ Letters of Credit and Loans
Banks can mint letters of credit into NFTs, attach contract terms and encrypted voice, reducing the risk of financing fraud and data fabrication.
4️⃣ Trade Document Management
Encrypt offline documents such as orders, logistics bills, and invoices to realize ticket authenticity verification and process automation.
In a nutshell, Mind Network's on-chain encrypted messaging protocol can provide native compliant privacy and communication capabilities for AI Agents and real-world assets such as real estate and cross-border payments.
At present, the blockchain world is missing a message system. The on-chain encrypted messaging protocol fills this gap and is expected to become the "on-chain SWIFT" - allowing financial institutions to safely write compliance fields and security credentials into on-chain transactions, and allowing ordinary users to use it without understanding profound technologies.
Mind Network's vision may not be empty talk. Previously, Mind Network has become the first Web3 company to establish ecological cooperation with ByteDance. In this cooperation, Mind Network is responsible for "encryption + verification": using its own FHE technology to keep user data encrypted throughout the AI model operation process of BytePlus to prevent leakage. It also provides verifiable security credentials for AI agents through the MCP protocol to ensure that the results are credible and the process is verifiable. The cooperation with Byte fully reflects Mind Network's excellent technology and feasibility in the real world.
It is believed that with the implementation of the on-chain encrypted messaging protocol, blockchain applications will no longer be limited to the geek circle, but will move towards a wider mass market in a compliant and transparent manner.
