Sundae Labs created a set of smart contracts for managing treasury funds for @IntersectMBO, and they've been audited by @txpipe_tools and @MLabs10. These are the contracts that Amaru will use for the initial treasury withdrawal governance action. @_KtorZ_ built on and expanded these contracts to better match Amaru's specific goals. Those updates are currently being audited. Once that audit is finished, or the treasury withdrawal executes (whichever comes later), funds will be rotated to the new contracts. Look at how much collaboration is exhibited in the above tweet! Open source is powerful. And, importantly, we're demonstrating that the chain can be used for what it was built for: a global financial operating system.

Here's a demonstration of the Hydra Transaction Streaming Plugin we built and how it can seamlessly interface the Hydra node with Scrolls, a Rust-based toolkit created by @txpipe_tools for consuming, processing, and storing Cardano blockchain data. The plugin is designed to be versatile and high customizable, allowing for easy integration with various Cardano libraries, such as Scrolls or Ogmios, to help developers easily incorporate Hydra into their Cardano dApps.

We are partnering with Kora Labs (@adahandle) to deliver "Permissioned" liquidity pools, opening the door for traditional financial institutions to dive into the world of DeFi. These institutions have been reluctant to participate due to the lack of KYC and regulatory certainty, as they risk being exposed to illicit activities like money laundering and terrorism financing. By integrating ADA Handles, DIDs, and Sundae v3's ability to define custom pool types, we enable KYC-compliant pools. This provides a powerful new primitive that can enable other features liked tiered exchange fees, membership discounts, and more.

Yield farming on Sundae is uniquely community driven: SUNDAE token holders vote on which pools receive yield farming rewards. This can in turn attract liquidity from large projects. That liquidity attracts more volume, and more protocol revenue.

Near the launch of Sundae v3, the Sundae DAO voted to distribute 15% of the revenue generated by the protocol among SUNDAE token holders who participate in yield farming. They are to be distributed to anyone who has SUNDAE, or a SUNDAE LP token, locked in yield farming, and delegated to at least one liquidity pool. It took us longer than expected to implement this, but these incentives have been accruing retroactively, and are now displayed in the UI, under the yield farming tab. Keep in mind they are prorated, based on the number of seconds the SUNDAE was locked in yield farming, so if you added or withdraw part way through the month, it might impact the ADA distribution you receive. The rewards are visible in the UI, but cannot yet be claimed. We will leave them so for the next few days, so that people have a chance to report and we have a chance to investigate any potential issues in the data. If you have any questions, please open a ticket in our official discord server. In June, 7406.074116 ADA was allocated, earning users an approximate annualized return of 4.89%. In July, 9817.673966 ADA was allocated, earning users an approximate annualized return of 6.41%. In August, 9972.088594 ADA was allocated, earning users an approximate annualized return of 6.72%. These numbers are provided for reference only, based on the best data available to us, and are for informational purposes only.

Over the weekend, the Sundae DAO voted on how to respond to the increased fees due to the Chang hard fork. https://t.co/i6g2ghRhlW The DAO voted to raise the base fee, the portion shared by all participants in a scoop, to 0.612 to ensure that the costs of operating the protocol are covered. That change has now been executed, making the protocol fee 1.28 ADA.
