Rashan A. Colbert has a range of experience in policy, legislative assistance, research, special assistant roles, and political organizing. Their most recent position was as the Head of Policy at dYdX in 2022. Prior to that, they worked in the United States Senate, starting as a Research Aide in 2016 and then progressing to roles such as Legislative Assistant, Research Director/Legislative Aide, and Special Assistant in the Office of Cory Booker. They also served as a Special Assistant to Senator Cory Booker in their campaign, Cory 2020, and held roles in other political organizations such as O'Malley for President and Friends of Don Beyer. Rashan also has experience in the private sector as the Founder and Managing Partner of Lucrum Verus Capital, LLC, and as an Operations Associate at Vineyard Vines.
