According to reports from The New York Times, Kraken, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, announced on Wednesday a 15% workforce reduction, a company restructuring, and the appointment of a new co-CEO. This layoff involves around 400 employees out of a total of approximately 2,600. Among those affected are two members of the leadership team: Chief Operating Officer Gilles BianRosa and Chief Technology Officer Vishnu Patankar.
